*Traders protest in Kangan against Pahalgam terror attack |

Kangan, Apr 23 (KNO): A group of traders staged a protest in the main markets of Ganderbal and Kangan here on Wednesday to condemn the terror attack in Pahalgam that left 27 people dead and many others injured. Shutting down their shops and businesses for several hours, the traders marched through the town, raising slogans against the perpetrators and demanding justice for the victims. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), they also urged authorities to ensure the safety of civilians and maintain peace in the region. "We are deeply disturbed by the attack in Pahalgam. Such incidents not only endanger lives but also hurt the local economy and create fear among the public," said a local trader, who participated in the protest—(KNO)
